These are brand new with untouched and original hang tags, the romantic mid length tutus are all tulle and chiffon, 4 layers, soft feel. The top skirt length on the small child is 18″; medium child 22″; and small-large adult is 26″.
You can put these over any leotard and have a ballet costume, this is the 4918 from Mainstreet and it retails for $29
in the adult sizes. The model is showing it over a leotard which I am not offering.
